On our first full day in Florence, we’ll uncover the “Cradle of the Renaissance” on a guided walking tour. Starting at the octagonal Baptistery of Saint John, famed for its bronze doors, we’ll then visit the Florence Cathedral for a close look at Brunelleschi’s Dome. The afternoon is yours to explore Florence at your leisure—perhaps visit the Uffizi Gallery or the grand Palazzo Pitti.

OLIVE OIL FARM & PISA, ITALY
Our first stop today is an authentic Olive Oil Farm, where the art of producing Italy’s liquid gold is revealed. Our day begins with a trip to the charming city of Siena, the cradle of Italian Gothic style. Afterwards, enjoy a tasting lunch at a nearby farm that produces Chianti wine and olive oil. This historic estate, once the residence of an ancient noble Sienese family, offers breathtaking panoramic views of Siena.
