Experience the famous Alaska Highway as we head out into the wilds to visit with some good friends for a morning of sled dog chatter. Choose between two included excursions – (MacBride Museum or SS Klondike):
In the afternoon choose to either explore one of Canada’s finest attractions, the MacBride Museum, or enjoy a tour of the SS Klondike, the largest sternwheeler in the North. Following which we meet back at our hotel for dinner.

The Klondike Highway takes us past Lake Laberge where we travel ‘down’ (downriver) to Dawson City. We stop to visit our good friend Steve and taste the world’s largest cinnamon buns. Continuing north, we pass through several First Nations communities before stopping for lunch in Carmacks and a view of Five Finger Rapids. On arrival in Dawson City, you immediately notice not much has changed since the days of ‘98 with dirt streets, wooden sidewalks and brightly painted houses.
